DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF THE RP-HPLC METHOD FOR ESTIMATION OF CILNIDIPINE IN RAT PLASMA

Objective: A simple, precise, accurate, robust, and reliable RP-HPLC technique for detecting cilnidipine in Wistar rat plasma was developed validated. Methods: The chromatographic separation performed using the C-18 reverse phase column Oyster BDS Premium C18 (4.6 × 150 mm, 5 µm particle size). flow rate set to 1.2 ml/min, chromatogram recorded at 240 nm. proposed method validated compliance with International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines. Results: calibration curves plotted were found be linear over concentration range of 40-200 ng/ml plasma, a regression coefficient R2>0.999, suggesting that linearity within limits. LOD LOQ present 2.184 4.518 ng/ml, respectively. Drug extraction recoveries from >98%. Conclusion: Using fast, specific, precise analytical approach according ICH obtained results show suggested can simply effectively utilized routine analysis plasma.
